My core CC Programs load and run poorly

I've been buying and using the Adobe Creative programs for over 25 years and they have never run as poorly as they do since the new CC rental model. I use Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign daily. They all take forever to load and while working within the programs, they temporarily freeze and stutter frequently. I am operating on a late 2015 iMac with 16GB of memory, 3.2 GHz Intel Core i5, and with the latest Mac OS Sierra / Version 10.12.3 — So my system should not be the issue, as I don't have any of these issues within non-CC related programs. Reading elsewhere that these are common issues with the new CC product line. Can we expect upgrades with fixes soon?
