I did a clean upgrade of my Mac Pro from O.S. 10.7 to O.S. 10.9

I have Photoshop 5 working on the new O.S. 10.9

I have installed the updated driver on my Epson 3800 printer

when I click on PRINT from Photoshop 5 on the Epson 3800, Photoshop crashes.

Photoshop also crashes when I click on PRINT SETTINGS

I am able to print from Lightroom 5 to the Epson printer

If you don't have the photoshop cs5 12.0.4 update, install that and then check your printing.

Also, you might first install an updated adobe application manager and see if you can get the update(s) using Help>Updates from within photoshop cs5.

You must be using photoshop cs5 because no way photoshop 5 from 1998 runs on mac os x 10.9

Ps 5 needs a PowerPC processor and your mac has an intel processor.

In photoshop click on Photoshop>About Photoshop and see what version it says.

My mistake; I thought cs5 meant Creative Suite.  I do have cs5; it was purchased long after 1998.

I tried several times to download 12.0.4 update; the download was not successful.  I got an error message every time.

I will try your suggestion about the updated application manager.
