Elements 13 crashing on printing

Can anyone help with Photoshop Elements 13 crashing when I click the print button.

Tried a new installation and updates but still crashes.

Sorry for the inconvenience caused. Seems like your print preferences got corrupted. Please mention the OS on which you are facing the issue.  

If you are facing the issue on Windows. Please try out the following solution:

1. Close the application.

2. Double click on application icon to launch. This will show the welcome screen.

3. Press and Hold CTRL-SHIFT-ALT immediately after you click the Organizer/Editor button.

4. A dialog will open. Click "yes" button to clear print preferences.

This will resolve your problem. Your feedback is really appreciated.
