Im working on a video & ive received multiple error messages for missing clips & missing sound track. After my sound track went missing, the app stopped working with my iTunes library & I can't add music at all. Also, the app has perpetually been trying to back up a video for the past 8 hours and finally gave an error message saying it failed.
Ive read other threads on here with similar issues and I've tried it all:
signing out and logging back in
updating the app
deleting the app and redownloading (great advice guys, thanks, I lost all my video projects)
creating a new adobe ID & then logging back into my own
there is clearly something wrong with the app, please investigate and release an update to fix the problems.
