    Send PDF by email icon


      I need to send PDF file with Email Icon. My OS is Windows 10 and I use Thunderbird like email app preferred (I add email adress in account email). When I try to create email appear this message "error connecting to the server". I configured all the information of the email account. What can I do? Please help me (and sorry for the english!)

          Sorry for the delay in response. 

          Sending email using the email button can't work other than Outlook Email client. However, it should work with most of the email service providers via web form/browser


          Launch Acrobat/Reader. Go into Acrobat's/Reader's Preferences, select the "Email Accounts" category and delete all email accounts that are listed, then try to add your default email client again. Also, try changing the default browser and check if that makes any difference.
