Adobe XD latest update version:0.6.20.7 fails to install on Windows

I get the following error when I try to update or install Adobe XD (beta) on Windows 10 Pro 64bit. I tried to uninstall everything, remove all application and run Cleaner to clean everything up. I then launched only the installed for XD and get the same error. I really need to get this working at least to get my files open and recreate them in Illustrator or Photoshop.

Thanks to the Adobe support we finally found a solution to this!!! I had to enable the default Administrator account that is disabled when you first install Windows 10. Once the user was enabled, I logged out and back into Windows as this Administrator user and retried the installation. Worked like a charm. My guess is that the XD beta leaves garbage in the temp folders or something and the update fails. In Either case it is finally resolved and I hope this helps others as well.

The hardware and software requirements are met and I was using the previous build of XD without any issues. It's this latest update that causes the installation problem.

I checked the permissions and it seems fine. I tried launching CC as admin and I am local admin on the system as well. I disabled the Symantec Virus Scan and emptied the temp folders before retrying. Here's the log from XD. I see the last lines have a couple of error:

Exception while loading hive "C:\Users\payam.montazami.NOVATEK\ntuser.dat" with ErrorCode 32.

As I mentioned, I did a complete reinstall and ran the cleaner tool as well. I really hope someone can help.

I managed to create and log in with the administrator account and still no luck. I got the very same issue and error message when I tried to install Xd. Adobe, it has been like this for months...
