    Sign in window goes white, Lightroom Desktop

      I went through all the suggestions on the tech support page. Checked my host file, not a problem, could contact the Adobe server.  Rebooted twice, but I cannot sign in to sync images to my phone. I know my password is correct because I can log into my adobe account no problem.  You guys really need a live help connection in your software.  This really kills the enjoyment of your products.


      Specific advice on how to configure ones router as well to work properly with Lightroom would be very helpful.


      Please address my two outstanding concerns.


      1) can't sign in Lightroom desktop

      2) older photos have lost their 'before' versions in Lightroom mobile.
