Try launching Creative Cloud and sign-out from preferences (click gear icon – top right)
Then quit and re-boot your computer
Re-launch Creative Cloud and sign-in
Go to the apps tab and wait for all apps to refresh. Click the “Open” button next to Lightroom.
You should be prompted to sign-in to LR Mobile
Also hover over the identity plate (top left) and click the triangle icon to check LR Mobile is not paused. Otherwise go to Preferences >> Lr Mobile (tab) to check for files with sync problems.
I am not having password problems. My adobe password works fine here on the forum, works on my phone, works when I log into my account with adobe. Something is wrong with the Lightroom desktop app once I enter my login info and hit enter. I get a white screen that does not change. But again thank you for all your attention.
