InDesign having trouble with CC Libraries

Today I've had issues with InDesign not recognizing an eps file I have stored in CC Libraries. The image shows up in the link palette with the red dot. When I try to update the link (using the CC icon) I receive an error message: "Either the file does not exist, you do not have permission, or the file may be in use by another application".

Even trying to relink from the CC Library or place a new instance of the file from the CC Library gives the same message.

The CC app updated yesterday.

I've tried signing out and logging back in. (Same results).

If I double click the file in the CC Library, it does open in Illustrator.

When I export the file I'm working on, the PDF shows white where there was transparency.

This is a corporate logo, so it's used in a number of projects (as opposed to a seldom used file), so I know that it's been working in the past.

I'm on a Mac OS 10.12.2. All CC apps I have are up to date.

Anyone else have these issues or possible solutions?
