We keep getting the message "there was an error opening this document. Access denied."
It seems to happen to all the PDF's signed off by a particular colleague as anyone else in the team can edit and there are no issues opening those files.
We have disabled protective mode and tested with other users with no issue. Also tested permissions within our network and that user has the same settings as the rest of the team.
