What version of Photoshop?
What type of video clip (e.g mp4, mov etc)?
Also a couple of screen snapshots of :
The timeline dialogue when you click at the top right of the clip.
The layers panel showing the clip:
I am having the same problem. When I select a video clip (layer) in the timeline window and click on the upper right 'arrow', I don't get the video/audio popup, just the "motion" popup. See attached screen clip.
I am running Adobe Photoshop CC version 20170425.r.252x64 under
Windows 7 Pro 64 bit, service pack 1, running on a Fujitsu Lifebook 902, Intel Core i7-3540M with 16 GB of RAM.
