Filter Bar missing in Secondary display

I use a second display in grid view showing thumbnails of my piks.  The option of having the filter bar above grid view on the second display seems to have disappeared.  If I press \ my  screens flip with the secondary showing full screen and my main screen changing to grid view with the filter bar showing. My main screen is larger than my second which is why I use it to edit.  Is there any way to get the filter bar back on grid view on the second display?

Does it reappears if you press "Shift+ \ " ?
