reader error

My reader opens fine but when i try to open a document i get the application was unable to start correctly (0xc0000022) error.  i close that out then file out the form.  when i try to sign the form adobe freezes up.

Sorry for the delay in response.

As you get error " Unable to start correctly 0x0000022", please try the troubleshooting steps provided here on this thread with similar issue: error 0xc0000022

Also, try the following steps:

  • Check for updates.
  • Run as Administrator: Right-click on the application shortcut on the desktop and select run as administrator from the list.
  • Run in compatibilitylity mode: Right-click on the application shortcut on the desktop and select Properties  > Compatibility.
  • Try to run the application from another user account with admin rights.

Check if these steps help in resolving the issue.

If the issue still persists, please let us know the dot version of Adobe application and the OS you are working on.
