Either the automatic translator did not do a good job translating what you said, or you have not made your issue clear. Or maybe it is both. I am going to try to answer, but if what I say does not address your issue, please supply more information. (Or maybe Mylenium can help.)
Unless you are using the obsolete ray-traced renderer or some third-party plugins like Element or Red Giant Universe, AE does not use the GPU for much. Therefore, I would expect your CPU usage to be high in AE, and not much GPU use.
Ok then in english: I just updatet my graphics driver und now AE is in kind of a bootloop. The loading window opens up, but it doesn't dtart to output the steps it's doing, like "launching MediaCore" etc., so I checked if it is working or stuck and I have a constant CPU usage of 13% but nothing happens (even after re-installing AE after rebooting the PC).
The Graphics Card is a GTX 1070 and the new driver is v381.65
I'm going to try to downgrade the driver now and I will put a update in this thread if it works.
Ok ich habe das Problem gelöst, es lag wirklich an dem Grafiktreiber. Nach einem Downgrade ging alles wieder, daher lieber auf die Version nach v381.65 warten bevor man updatet.
I solved the problem and the issue really was the grphics driver. After downgrading ist to an earlier version everything worked fine.
Thank you for sharing what worked!
What driver did you go down to?

I downgraded it to 376.33 WHQL and it worked fine
If you want to download it you can find it here (Link is for Windows 10 64-bit): http://us.download.nvidia.com/Windows/376.33/376.33-desktop-win10-64bit-international-whql .exe
