Hello everyone,
We are a VMware Horizon and thin client shop. Digital Signatures and validations are saved, but when we log off at night the trusted certificates that we validated earlier in the day do not save for some, but it does for others. When uploading the documents to an external website after saving (verified that they were validated) on the external website it doesn't retain the validation and the error we receive is "signature validity is unknown". When we go back to the saved document it still shows as valid (sometimes), only saves for a few people and not others.
Please help ASAP, we need to get this resolved.
