    Mobile sync stuck

      Hi,

       

      My hard drive failed the other day, lost all my master photos. I've created a new catalog and started a sync to re-download all the smart preview files that were saved in Lightroom mobile. It did 288 of 8400 but now its stuck. It says 'syncing' but it never goes further than 288. Any idea how to fix this? I read a thread that said delete sync.lrdata but I can't find that file anywhere.

          Hi matthewg,

           

          Please sign out and sign in from the creative cloud desktop app to refresh the login on Lightroom.

           

          Also, if you are using an android device, then you can save all the images to the device from Lightroom mobile and move it the computer as a secondary option.
