set action

I bought set action from Kelly Brown. I installed the set action in the preset photoshop cc. I see actions in the pannel action. When i click on the action, i have error message in french "La commande selection n'est pas disponible" in english i suppose is "the select command is not available".

I reinstalled photoshop cc twince and i have the same error message. Help me please

Are the actions in French? Actions are depending on exact wording so they won't work in different language versions...
