iOS Javascript plugins/js only firing when main tread paused

      Hi all,

I'm having this annoying problem that I don't understand. I tried searching it, but it's hard to describe it correctly in a Google Search so I came up with nothing. The problem is as follows. Any help and/or pointing in directions is welcomed!

      • I'm using Phonegap Build to develop an iOS app. Build is succeeding and app is installing & running. (plugin list: http://www.heypasteit.com/clip/01R94D)
      • I'm having problems with several plugins and plain Javascript calls. For example, this does nothing:
        <a href="#" onclick="window.open('https://123.nl/a/b/c', '_system');" class="ui-btn ui-btn-inline">Meer info (wiki)</a><br />
      • The same goes for my datepicker, activated by a focus jQuery on-statement
      • When sliding down the notification center and/or double pressing home to switch apps, I immediately see the expected result (either opening the web page or displaying the date picker)
      • Other, regular (i.e. non-phonegap-interacting) Javascripts are running smoothly (like pre-loading forms, data requests, etc.)

I don't understand what's causing this behavior. Any suggestions as to where to look and or how to fix this? Thanks in advance!
