Yesterday I was able to click place signature and my signature would appear and I would place it on the file.  Today when I click place signature, I get asked to drag the new signature rectangle.  Am I just doing something different and do not even realize it.

Hi juliec70124,

Could you please confirm the option you are talking about.

Are you clicking on the signature box on PDF or on some other option?

It will be helpful if you can share the screenshot to understand it better.

In the past when I clicked place signature, a grayed out version of my signature would appear and then I would place it where it needed to go on the document.  Now when I click I get a message asking me to draw a signature box.  I try to go through these steps but the signature that I scanned is not a digital file and I do not have the option to change the file type.
