iMac not synching with MacBook Pro

i have a MackBook Pro and an iMac.

When i do work on my MacBook Pro it does not update on iMac and when I do work on iMac it does not update on MacBook Pro

Lightroom does not have the ability to "Sync" between two computers.

Lr Mobile will only function between a computer (with working catalog) and a mobile device- iPad, iPhone, etc.

Transferring work "computer to computer" can only be done with work-around methods like- Export as a Catalog/ Import from a Catalog, or Have the Catalog and images on a removable hard-drive that can be swapped between computers.
