Page Options missing from Custom Package

WHY? I am trying to create a custom package in the print module for contact sheets because I want the individual images to be a little larger than they are on the out-of-the-"box" Lightroom Templates. TALK ABOUT HAVING TO LEARN BY DOING.  That's what I have been doing for about 2 HRS. Sorry, i digress. I want to add the photo filename to the template but that option is not available when creating a Custom Package.

So here is my dilemma. I want bigger "proofs" on a page, about 1.5 in x 2.25 in. I also want the filename.

Why don't you just change the cell rows and columns in the Single Image/Contact sheet section and size them larger than the basic templates? Custom Package is not designed for what you're trying to do, so being frustrated because it's the wrong tool for the job is fruitless. Contact Sheet on the other hand is designed for that. It's also constrained by your page size (from Page Setup) and your printers default margins.

Thanks for your response. I was overlooking the ability to modify Page Grid, Cell Spacing and Cell Size. In some templates the cell size was limited.
