I'm not sure I know we have reader and then purchased the pdf convert. But ut stating we didnt purchase! But I was charged 23.99
for the beginning, try to enter your Adobe credentials into Acrobat.

Please try to sign-in with your Adobe ID( the email address that you used to purchase the Export PDF service) in Adobe Acrobat Reader application.
Then try to export PDF in the application and let us know if it works or not.
