Your support page says this is the solution the excess activation issue
If you received the error E_ACT_TOO_MANY_ACTIVATIONS, or run out of activations, contact us to have the activation count reset.
Contacting the chat reps was useless. They said look in the forums. I can't find anything in the forums about resetting this count. PLEASE HELP. MY DEVICE IS LOCKED UP NOW AND USELESS UNTIL YOU RESET THE ACTIVATION COUNT.
