Hi,
Just bought upgrade license for Lighroom 6. However, when i've selected pay by paypal, i got error message, that this transaction cannot be processed.
However when i log in to paypal.com account, i can see, that the amount was sent do adobe.com and it's waiting for them (or you - adobe) to be processed.
I can see following:
Your payment method will be charged when Adobe Systems Ireland LTD completes your order.
However i'm bit confused by the adobe.com web. No email notification. Basically i have no idea, if something went wrong or it's just "standart" payment @adobe.
So anybody from adobe, pls have a look on this paypal transaction IDO-8H389893KL513963L.
Btw: some kind of email communication, would be nice as well. When i've tried the phone numbers, there is no country code prefix. So basically from CZ i'm trying to call non-existent number -> so i have no idea, how i can reach your telephone. Maybe time to update your web a bit? Very confusing....

had chat with online support -> his advise is to wait 24-48h... so will wait.

So after couple of days, i still see Transaction IDO-8H389893KL513963L in my pending list on paypal.com.
Any advise?
