Unable to create an extension icon that looks consistent across Illustrator, Photoshop and InDesign

Hi,

We're building an extension that works across these 3 softwares. It used to work for InDesign alone, but we have extended its use to Photoshop and Illustration.

In InDesign, icon for the side panel looked fine. But the same file didn't look good in Illustrator and Photoshop. So now we've got it to work in Illustrator and Photoshop, but it looks bad in InDesign. And it seems we can't have separate app icons...

Any tips on how to make the app icon look good in all 3 softwares?

That's how it looks in InDesign now:

This is how it looks in Photoshop/Illustrator, and should also ideally look like in InDesign:

Thanks

How is this a Photoshop General discussion? This is a general extension discussion, and if anything, Photoshop is the only app that doesn't have the issue. If anything, this is something Adobe should be able to reply to directly or provide appropriate documentation for, which I cannot find anywhere.
