No scroll bars seems like a bug, the same thing happens in Photoshop.

Only by swiping on a trackpad or with a scroll wheel can you reach the other themes.

Hi paso70,

That is something even I can reproduce it at my end. Please follow Ton's suggestion to report it and a workaround for the moment is to scroll it with your mouse or a track-pad can be used as well. I'll report it to the development team as well.

Ok .. if you use the mouse then the pen does not work browser
