    Cannot synchronize Salesforce agreement with Salesforce

      Hello team,

       

      I have created an agreement on Salesforce side in order to sync the agreement with Adobe Sign.

      During sending the record, I receive the message. Please see the attached screenshot.

      I am sure that my account is linked to the right Adobe Sign account.

      Could you please provide us with any solution that exists in order to fix this issue?
