Hello,
I really need your HELP! I created a INDD file in the 2017 Indesign version in a computer who is not mine. But now, I'm in my computer and I have the Indesign version from 2014 and I don't can open my file because my version is too ancient. I need to convert my INDD to IDML, could someone do it to me I really need it please?
Thank you for your answers,
Coastal and Co
Why don’t you just install CC2017 on that machine? Additionally, if you’re signed in and on line, CC2014 should prompt you to all the file to be converted for you.

Last year I install CC2017 free version (01 week) but I don't can buy the new version 2017.
It's possible to send you my file to convert in IDML please?

There is no free version and CC2014 and CC2017 are included in the same subscription.

I know is no free, I want to say I wanted to say that I already download the 2017 trial version a year ago.

It's unlikely you downloaded InDesign CC2017 a year ago – April 2016 – as it didn't come out till 2 November 2016.

I agree with Bob, upgrading it should solve your problem.
If you really want to keep CC2014, you can keep both versions on your machine.
