Nobody can tell you anything without exact system info or other technical details.
It's a PC with 64-bit Windows 10 Pro, NVIDIA K5000 graphics card, 64GB DDR3 RAM
Have you tried rebooting?
What are your render settings and output module settings? (Screenshots might be the easiest way to show this.)
What is in your composition?
I have a very similar machine and haven't had any problems yet.
After a bit more investigating, it seems to only crash when exporting from the render queue to Media Encoder (CC 2017) when using Plexus v2
You might try seeing if the Plexus folks have a new version you can download and/or contact their support team.
