I had to reset my password for Creative Cloud and I began to get this Error Message: Unable to Authenticate the Adobe ID. How do I fix this. The Password was used to log in here for help.

Sorry you're having trouble logging in. I have a few questions:
What device and what version of its mobile operating system are you using? What version of Comp are you using?
Are you having trouble logging in to any other Adobe apps? Or is it just Comp?
Are you able to log in with your Adobe ID to https://assets.adobe.com/assets/mobile?filter=comp and are you able to see all your Comp documents there?
Please let me know and we can go from there.
