Is there a way to change the default camera folder? Right now on my Google Pixel XL it's DCIM/LightroomCamera. The problem is that Google Photos would back up all images in the DCIM folder, including all sub folders. I don't want to back up DNG files created by LR, especially multiple images created for HDR. Last week I was traveling in New Zealand and most motels had a 1 GB WiFi quota. Backing up these raw files was using much of the bandwidth.
I have checked the Lightroom mobile on an android device and it doesn't give any options to change the default DCIM folder to other location. You can raise it as a feature request.
Thanks Mohit. I have given feedback to Google Photos about adding the option to exclude folders in DCIM. The option is available in their desktop uploader anyway. It makes sense for Lightroom to write images to DCIM. Besides, I think Google is more agile than Adobe to make this kind of fixes.
