I've searched the forums and found that this question has come up several times over the years with several versions of captivate. My situation is that I've inserted a .cpvc slide into a Captivate 9 project. I have several other .cpvc slides in the project that play fine, but this one won't play. If I choose Preview--> From this slide and I'm on the problem child, the .swf player opens and shows a snapshot of my video demo, but the wheel just spins and spins.
I have yet to find a concrete answer to this issue in the other threads I've looked at, but I suspect that my .cpvc demo is too long/large? It is about 7 minutes long. If that is indeed the case, then why doesn't someone (hello Adobe?) just come out and tell people that there is a max size limit to video demos? That would have saved me a lot of time.
If there is another solution, please let me know.
