where are all my file?? Please Help ASAP

I uploaded 100-150 pages between 9-12/2017 They were named, combined, etc. Approx. total 35 files

Somehow there are about half completely misssing!!!

Where could they be? I am still paying a monthly fee for this service.

I have a deadline for these documents - please help ASAP

Could you please try accessing this link in a web browser: https://cloud.acrobat.com/recent , (login into your Adobe account, if required), and check if the files are there under Document Cloud?

Hi Shivam,

No, I had already done this searched multiple times in both "Recent" and in "Document Cloud"; what shows up is essentially the same files in each.

What I am missing are 17 Combined files (AND all of the file pages in each compilation - between 3-8 pages EACH were scanned, named, and eventually combined) -

The Combined files done in Abobe between 9-12/2017 were:

"Simple Case" - total = 10 cases
