I checked your profile and see that you have two separate accounts. Neither have any images online. One of your accounts shows that you uploaded a file and then that you deleted the file.
OK. Many thanks for your reply. Please delete both accounts. I have tried calling support by telephone but unfortunately I keep getting cut off after waiting on the line for several minutes. I have searched the Adobe website and FAQs to find a way of deleting my accounts online but to no avail.
