    Credits removed after new card added to account

      Hi There,

       

      I tried the chat which did not help as they had no idea and said someone would look into it.

       

      But essentially what has happened is my card has expired so I added a new one under Plans & Products > Edit Payment Details.

       

      Now it shows I only have 10 credits when there should be 102 since I have used 28 credits and had the plan active since May 2016.

       

      I obviously did not cancel and do not want to as this would mean losing what I have payed for.

       

      What do I do next?
