I'm sorry that you are having trouble syncing fonts from Typekit. Please try these troubleshooting steps to start:
If they don't solve the problem, email us at firstname.lastname@example.org with:
- the email address you use for Typekit
- a screenshot of the Fonts tab in your Creative Cloud desktop application, similar to the one I have include below, and
- the Creative Cloud log files from your computer. There are instructions on where to find the logs on OS X and Windows in the troubleshooting page.
