    downloading problem and color problem




      I downloaded Lightroom last year and i pay every month.... I had trouble with colors when i export my photos so i uninstalled it and I try to install it again to fix the problem... But when I go back on my account it says I need to pay for it ... But i know I pay it every month since a year... So if i enter my information again to buy it will I be charge twice ?

      And I have a problem when I export my picture the colors are not the same, they are fade.. (I shoot in RAW and I export JPEG)... any ideas of what I should do ?

          "pay every month"  means you have a subscription to the Creative Cloud-  Correct?


          Close Lightroom,

          Open the Creative Cloud Desktop App,

          Click the gear wheel icon, choose Preferences, and [Sign out]

          Repeat this step and [Sign In]  using the ID and password you used for your subscription.

          Restart Lightroom from the [Open] button in the CC App,


          If Adobe recognizes your subscription, Lightroom should work as normal.

          Any re-install should also be done using the CC App.



          Exporting as JPG?  Check you have the "Color Space" set to sRGB.

          And is your monitor calibrated?
