I am working on a scene that involved having my characters eyes go in opposite directions (or even cross them)
How would I go about rigging up this sort of behavior?

We don't currently have a mode for tracking the pupils separately via webcam. I've filed a feature request for that.
The closest that's possible now is to assign Draggable tags to the pupils, add a second Dragger behavior to control one of the pupils (and the default one to control the other). I'll investigate if there's a better way, and can follow-up if I find something else.
