Payment problem

I subscribed to Adobe CreativeCloud at 31/10/2016 and i defined a credit card to system and all payments was made by this card.

i got an email at 23/04/2017 from Adobe about unsuccessful payment.

This card is for only online payments (Microsoft and Adobe use only) and it has enough money inside. My bank said me there is no process from Adobe or DigitalRiver and my subscribed will be end at 28/04/2017 cause of this.

When i googled i see peoples who has then same problem.

What happen suddenly i dont know, please solve my problem

i've purchase it from adobe's web page but digital river got my payment, but my bank said me there is no activity from Adobe or DigitalRiver

But adobe said me that "We cant get the payment this month" oO
