Hi guys,

Very new to this forum so all help greatly appreciated. We have developed Captivate content, SCORMed it and uploaded into an LMS. All working fine until at user end more than one person attempts to complete the same module on the same machine even when the previous user has logged off. We have replicated this on 2 machines where the new user cannot complete the module but if clicks close course it is showing as passed and completed on the LMS.

Any thoughts?

Thanks Liz

That is not a normal situation, unless those users did log in with the same account on the LMS. In college I had a lot of students using the same PC's, no problem for starting from scratch if log in occurred with another account. I even took exams that way, in shifts. Are you sure that the LMS is set up correctly?
