Flash Player No longer working

Ever since I purchased Adobe Acrobat for work I get error messages from our accounting site that I don't have Adobe flash player. I went through the install steps and it says it downloads and installs successfully, but when I try the site I get the same message and the software won't work without flash player.

Please help!

Adobe Acrobat and Flash Player are 2 completely different software and installing one has no bearing on the other.  With that said, please provide the following information so that we may troubleshoot the Flash Player issue:

  • Operating system version
  • Web browser and version
  • Flash Player version
  • Explain your problem in step-by-step detail if possible
  • A direct link to a web page that demonstrates the problem
  • If you get error messages, please  provide a screenshot
