In After Effects 2017.2, Fractal Noise does not render anything when Open CL is turned on.
I'm using Windows 10 on my MacPro 2013 with bootcamp.
When using sofware only, it works fine and all the other GPU accelerated effects seem to be working fine.
The GPU is Firepro D700 and I'm using the latest driver.
Is there any way to fix this problem?

Try rolling back to an earlier driver. Let us know if that works, please.

Thank you for the reply.
I have tried, but the result is the same.
Since I'm using Bootcamp, drivers are very limited (outdated too).
I've tried latest unsupported driver but that did not work neither.
I'll stick with software rendering until next update.

Hello Kevin,
Yes, I still need help.
Since Apple nor AMD have updated the drivers for MacPro GPUs on Bootcamp(Windows 10), the issue remains.
The only work around is to disable GPU acceleration.
I hope it can be solved by Adobe by updating AfterEffects.
Thank you.

Well, that stinks. Sorry, Shunke_1984. Unfortunately, Bootcamp might not be the best platform to run After Effects on for the very reason you're encountering. Is it possible to run Mac OS on your Mac? You have access to both versions.
Thanks,
Kevin

I have the same issue on Dell Precision M6700 with Firepro M6000. I tried a few different version of drivers and its not working too.
