Flash lag on all browsers on new computer

Games are in low quality and lagging, for example Miniclip's 8 pool.

My PC is new and has an integrated GPU and Nvidia one. I have disabled hardware acceleration and have up to date drivers. this is happening on Firefox and Chrome.

Windows 10. this is happening on Firefox 53.0 and Chrome 58.0.3029.81

When I play 8 Pool on miniclip, for example the game's quality is very low and it lags. there are no error messages.
