Who won't Creative Cloud open?

I received advice that I have updates for Creative Cloud but it, CC, won't open. The Creative Cloud window just 'hangs' with the wheel spinning.

I was advised to remove the programme and download the latest one but it won't delete.

Hi, I managed to download the latest version of CC which has sorted the problem, so far. Thanks to anyone who tried to understand my query with the typo infested heading.
