On Lightroom CC.

Is there a method to name the file with the current system date?

Eg: On Export filename = "Custom Text" - "YYYY-MM-DD"

There is no automatic way to do that.

In the Export dialog, the "date" that is referred to is the image creation date.

To get the export date, you would need to manually input the date as a string in the rename section of the dialog.
