Hello I am doing my annual accounting and I pay veery months 11euros for the Photshop and Lightroom but when I want to download my bills it says that I have a free subscription to Creative Cloud.... so I don't understand what so going on, cause it is not free I pay every months and I need my bills.

Do you know whats the problem ? thanks

I see you have an Adobe account under the same Adobe ID as with forums, however, I'm unable to locate any active subscription under this ID. Please make you are signed in with correct Adobe ID, seeSign in and sign out to activate or deactivate Creative Cloud apps

Also, could you please share the Adobe ID under which you have your subscription in a private message, we can check the details for you.
