LivCycle Designer has come end of life. The replacement product is called Adobe Experience Manager Forms Designer. It is the same desktop application but has been rebranded to fit with the Adobe Experience Manager Forms solution.
You can either purchase unlimited licenses of the Forms Designer tool by purchasing the full enterprise license or you can purchase just the desktop Form Designer tool in a minimum 10 pack.
