Updates for Lightroom 6

Ich habe Lightroom 6 installiert. Jetzt hätte ich gerne die Updates. Unter "Hilfe" wird " Updates" ( wie bei Version 5) nicht mehr angezeigt. Ich finde nur "Aktualisieren", aber dort komme ich auch nicht weiter.

Also meine Frage: Wie bekomme ich die Updates geladen?
