    Didn't Get the Subscription After Purchasing

      Hello,

       

      My dad tried to buy me the Creative Cloud (For Students and Teachers) with my .edu email and his PayPal. After he purchased the package in the PayPal page, the page crashed, then an Adobe page popped back in, with the price and tax. He didn't get an email from PayPal for purchasing and I didn't get the subscription. So I was wondering if we successfully purchased or not.
