I updated all my Creative Cloud products May 21st and now any time I use InDesign, Illustrator or Photoshop, it freezes my Mac Computer (macOS Sierra Version 10.12.4). I have to restart my computer just for it to freeze on me again. I have uninstalled and reinstalled Creative Cloud and that still didn't work. I've had to bring my laptop to work just to get things done.

Any Advise?

Hi,

Can you check and let us know if the below workaround worked? You need not uninstall Creative Cloud for this.

Open InDesign and Goto preferences (command+k) and then navigate to GPU performance.

Then turn off the below highlighted preference.

I am assuming that you have an Intel GPU.

Your computer and all other applications including InDesign should now work as before.
