Photoshop CC save for web view error ?

Guys, i already using photoshop more than 10 years, but now i got trouble from save for web view is not actual size at 100%.

can anyone help me ? i attach picture for my problem, i compare the view 100% from CS4 and CC, its really2 different.

i really need actual size 100% for make banner website, so this is very important for me.

Size at 100% is a direct function of screen resolution. It means one image pixel = one screen pixel. It has nothing to do with physical size.

They are both correct! This is how display resolution works.

Most consumer-oriented, non-critical applications scale up by a factor of two when a high-resolution display is detected (but don't tell you about that fact).
